# Bring CEX-Style Trading On-Chain with H20

## Challenge

### CEX de-platforming of users from certain jurisdictions drives demand for CEX-style trading on a DEX.

A downward trend token with low liquidity and token heavy holders was looking to offer complex strategies so those offboarded from a CEX to trade in the same way, after regulations forced the CEX to close access to 20+ jurisdictions but the project was unable to provide an alternative CEX listing. These strategies included accumulation, liquidation and swing trading. The token had $22K liquidity, so a high slippage, low volume environment. 

## Solution

H20 offered the community tools to trade and market-make the token. Each person was onboarded 1:1 through a community manager. H20 strategies enabled the building of the market.

## Result

Over four months:

* **H20 strategies:** (running on Raindex) accounted for 73% of the total transactions and 33% of the total volume.
* **H20 delivered:** a 43% volume uplift off the back of approximately 0.7% of the token supply available for trading.&#x20;
