Capture Value from Price Run-Ups with H20
Challenge
Liquidate tokens into price run-ups without handing over tokens.
A customer experiences frequent price run-ups. They want to liquidate tokens as price run-ups occur without dampening the price action.
Solution
Using H20 liquidity strategies, the project has liquidation auctions in place with a price floor and parameters that allow it to sell consistently during the run-up, with the selling accelerating as the price increases.
Result
Over four months:
H20 strategies: (running on Raindex) accounted for 6% of the total transactions and 1% of the total volume.
H20 delivered: a treasury increase that makes the next wave of market-making sustainable for the project.
